Automate Faceless POV Video Creation with AI: Gain 100k Subscribers Effortlessly! | n8n No-Code Tutorial 🥚

How I Built an AI Agent to Create Viral POV Videos – And You Can Too

Have you ever stumbled across a video on social media that’s so captivating, it almost feels like you’re living in that moment? Sometimes, these Point of View (POV) style videos rake in millions of views, and I’ve found myself wondering how they manage to capture so much attention.

Recently, I built an AI agent system to automate the creation and publishing of these videos. As I delve into this journey, I want to guide you through how I did it, sharing insights and practical steps along the way.

The Hook: A Realization

One evening, I sat scrolling through an account featuring nothing but POV videos. The account had over 400k followers despite only having 15 videos. Curious about the secret sauce to their massive reach, I started exploring how I could replicate this success. The answer was surprisingly straightforward: automation using AI, and the best part? You don’t need any coding skills.

Why POV Videos?

POV videos capture experiences in a unique way. They engage viewers by allowing them to feel like they’re part of the action. And with AI tools at our disposal, creating these engaging videos has never been easier.

Imagine feeding a topic into an AI system, watching it generate scripts, visuals, and soundtracks—all while you simply watch your subscriber count grow. That’s precisely the workflow I set in motion.

The System Overview

For my setup, I organized everything into three distinct agencies:

  1. Ideas Agency: This generates creative video ideas.
  2. Production Agency: This automates video creation on a recurring basis.
  3. Publishing Agency: This publishes the finalized videos to social media channels.

Let’s walk through how to set up each agency step by step.

Setting Up the Ideas Agency

To kick things off, I needed a source for video ideas. I turned to ChatGPT, a simple yet powerful tool for generating creative prompts. Here’s how I did it:

  1. Open ChatGPT: Write a prompt to generate video ideas based on your chosen topics (e.g., “Famous People Throughout History”).
  2. Format the Output: Ask for the ideas to be formatted in a structured table (columns for idea, caption, and status).
  3. Use Google Sheets: Organize the responses in Google Sheets for easy access.

With this step, I had a clear roadmap of potential videos waiting to be brought to life.

Automating Production

Next, I set up my Production Agency using a no-code tool called n8n. Here’s a streamlined version of what I set up:

  1. Trigger: Schedule the workflow to run daily.
  2. Retrieve Ideas: Use the Google Sheets node to fetch ideas marked for production.
  3. Generate Prompts: Employ a basic LLM chain to turn video ideas into engaging titles.
  4. Create Visuals and Sound: Use AI tools to generate images and background music based on the prompts.
  5. Combine Elements: Stitch everything together into a final video format.

By automating these processes, I could efficiently turn ideas into videos without lifting a finger beyond initial setup.

The Publishing Agency

The final piece of the puzzle was to publish the finished videos. This is where the magic happens.

  1. Scheduled Trigger: Set up another workflow to run daily.
  2. Get Finalized Video: Pull the last video from my Google Sheets where it’s marked as ‘for publishing’.
  3. Upload to YouTube: Use the YouTube API to directly upload the videos, complete with titles and descriptions.

Once this was set, my videos were queued to live on social media without any manual effort from me.

What I’d Do If I Started Today

If I were to start from scratch, here’s how I’d approach it:

  1. Choose a Niche: Focus on a topic that excites me and has a growing audience.
  2. Leverage AI: Utilize ChatGPT for idea generation and image/sound generation tools that don’t require technical skills.
  3. Test and Iterate: Regularly analyze the performance of my videos. Use what works and tweak what doesn’t.
  4. Engage with the Community: Connect with like-minded individuals interested in AI and automation, either through forums or social media.

Reflection and Conclusion

At the end of the day, stepping into the realm of AI has transformed how I use creativity and technology. I didn’t just automate video production; I created a system that runs independently, freeing up my time for more creativity.

If you’ve ever wanted to dive into the world of AI-driven content creation, now is the perfect time. I hope my journey inspires you to explore this path.

If you’re curious about building systems that save you from burnout and free up your time, I created something that might help. It’s a small online course called Automation by RoboNuggets, where I share the exact tools and workflows I wish I knew earlier. You can check it out here, only if it feels right for you.

Let’s harness the power of AI together.
